Hello Deqlans prayer army

Just a quick hello from the beautiful sea

We have woken up today to clear skies, calm seas and the beautiful sounds of the waves crashing on the beach

We have had not so nice weather, cold and rainy and very windy - except for my birthday and now today! Thank You Lord - the kids are going to be very happy to get back onto the beach and pool!

I had a magnificent birthday, was so spoiled and felt so incredibly loved! The messages started last week already and are still coming through, i am so blessed to have such amazing family and friends, thank you all so much! Mark, Deqlan, My Mom and Dee and Megs and Keaton and Khloe made my day spectacular in every way! We spent the day at Ushaka, lunch at Moyo on the beach and then swimming in the sea! It was stunning. I got the most beautiful, exquisite bracelet with charms spelling out NED, a cross, Mother Mary and baby Jesus, a dolphin, a rainbow and a penguin - will put up some photos soon i hope!!

Deqlan has been having a great time, especially in the sea, and especially being with Khloe , his BFF. But, candida has reared its ugly head, as we thought it would as Deqlan is on antibiotics for tonsilitis , and had antibiotics 5 weeks ago for tonsilitis. This has resulted in so much frustration for him. He hasnt been as verbal as he normally is in telling us what he wants - instead he cries or tries to shove my hand in the direction of whats worrying him. He has been hitting himself and us whenever we say no, even his normal joking of ' I AM A OTTO' THEN WE ALL SAY ' NOOOO!' results in him hitting himself. Its so hard to see, its really heartbreaking to see what havoc candida can cause. Things that didnt bother him before are now worrying him, like beach sand on his feet and hands - which he LOVES - now stops him from swimming cause he wants them clean. He was also covering his ears last night while the hair dryer was on , and he is asking for the tv to be put off!!!! After failed attempts of trying to get a diflucan script from the DAN doctor and paed ( who is away at the moment) i eventually resorted to our house doctor , who is also away!!!!!!!! Thankfully his stand in doctor was willing to send us a script and we started yesterday, so praying today is a much better, less frustrating day for my beautiful boy.

Hope you all well, promise to post some photos next week with all our adventures! We in a stunning unit and the top floor overlooking the pool and the sea, dont even want to think about coming home yet!!!
