Rest Well Oupa

We recieved the very sad news that Mark's Oupa passed away on Saturday evening.

We are so very heartsore, as we chatted on Thursday evening about going to visit Oupa when we go to Durban next week for a bit of a holiday.

We will miss you Oupa, but know that you are now sitting with Ouma, and are as happy as you could be. We know that you have know met Our Lord and how proud He is of the good servant you were to Him.

You and Ouma made a very big impression on me right from the start. Always so loving and caring and thoughtful. You also made sure we had enough treats to enjoy when we visited with you. You always had amazing war stories to share about the two World Wars you soldiered through. You always loved to add a remark into a conversation that would make us all smile.

You will always be remembered so fondly, you will be missed, all our love
