I was delighted to find some gluten free pizza bases, as well as dairy free cheese!!! Yes, there is such a thing and its made out of baby marrow and olive oil!!!!!!! It looks like mozarella cheese, but unfortunately doesnt taste like it!
But the thing i was most delighted about was that Deqlan was so interested in what i was doing, i put him standing on his chair next to me, and actually encouraged him to take over and do the spreading of the tomatoe puree and "cheese" himself and he was so happy to do it!
He was very interested in the pizza coming out the oven but not so interested in eating it! he managed to try a few bites, but definitely not a favourite, maybe i should say yet!
