Deqlan looked like a real gangsta in his outfit, he put the hat on like this himself!

Deqie continues to cuddle by Grandpa every change he gets, Grandpa even got him to sleep yesterday afternoon!

As expected Deqlan continues to be thrilled to be back at school ! The theme for the next two weeks is food - he even sang the "Hello fruit' song to us last night.

We have started toilet training again this term and believe Deqlan is now ready for it !

Ayline has giving Deqlan such a great technique to cope with mess - if his coldrink spells or any other liquid is messed , she will give Deqlan a cloth and he now says ' BYE BYE MESS' . In the past he used to just cry and get VERY upset with any mess. If anything messes at home he will immediately tell us ' BYE BYE MESS' and we will give him a cloth to clean it up and once he has made sure its gone and clean and dry he is happy again!

Today's menu of activities at school, included some computer lessons and a counting game - instead of counting each dot on the ladybug, Deqlan can immediately see the number of dots and will say the number straight away. I have seen him do this with a number of things.

Another massive mile stone was that Deqlan read us a book about colours from the first to the last word!!! We were over joyed . It isnt just words that he has memorised , cause it was a new book with words he hadnt seen before - HE IS READING!!

Deqlan is also a lot more tolerant of kids around him and touching his stuff - instead of immediately crying he will call Ayline and she is trying to teach him to say no to the specific person that may be interupting what he is doing.

Deqlans daily 'job' is to put the kids to sleep at school before we fetch him in the afternoon. This excercise comes complete with ' WE HAVE A SNOOZE. GOOD NIGHT SLEEP TIGHT SWEET DREAMS' and if you lucky, a hug and kiss thrown in to!

We are so very very blessed at the progress he is making each day, Thank You Lord
